As a Passive House, the building will be the world’s biggest and tallest ultra-low energy building that requires little energy for space heating or cooling.
1444 Alberni will also honour the area’s high percentage of families and children by incorporating family-oriented homes, a 10,000 square foot childcare facility, outdoor space on-site and a new park on Nicola Street.
Another excellent project by Asia Standard America is Landmark On Robson with two towers, 28 and 30 stories linked by amenity spaces and a landscaped deck on the podium. Landmark On Robson offers 300 dwelling units in which 237 are market units & 63 are social housing units.
