Produced by Marketplace Events, the show features high-interest exhibits, high-profile industry personalities and the latest home and lifestyle trends. Marketplace Events produces 38 home shows in 21 markets that collectively attract 1.5 million attendees and another 1.7 million unique web visitors annually.


Bryan Baeumler | HGTV host & Owner | Baeumler Quality Construction
With his witty humor and passion for teaching, Bryan Baeumler has been educating and entertaining viewers worldwide for the past decade. He has filmed over 300 television episodes including the hit HGTV & DIY Network series Leave it to Bryan, Disaster DIY, Canada’s Handyman Challenge and House of Bryan.The House of Bryan series continues to be the highest rated series on the HGTV network, breaking all viewership records.

In addition to successfully owning and operating Baeumler Quality Construction, Baeumler Approved, and the Baeumler Family Foundation, Bryan recently launched his first bestselling book called Measure Twice. Carson Arthur | Landscape Designer and Host of HGTV’s Critical Listing, Green Force, Room to Grow and Home To Win (2016)
As the star of HGTV Canada’s new series, Home to Win, Carson Arthur is an international landscape designer focused on environmentally friendly design, and teaches homeowners how to raise the value of their homes through outdoor renovations. Carson also writes a column for the Halifax Chronicle Herald and the Sun Media Group, and is the author of the sold out book Garden Designs for Outdoor Living. Leigh-Ann Allaire Perrault, DIY & Lifestyle Expert
As a colour & design aficionado, lifestyle expert, and DIY doyenne, Leigh-Ann Allaire Perrault has spent years crafting a unique philosophy for design that fuses ingenuity, whimsy, and quality workmanship – all on a “frugalista” budget. She believes that we shouldn’t take our spaces too seriously, and that great design is not about how much money you spend, but rather how creative you can be. Amanda Forrest is a designer and nationally recognized expert in home construction, project management, design and lifestyle trends. Her 15 years of practical experience and taste making continue to see her industry leading concepts featured on television, print and advertising as well as many national events like IDSWest, The National Home Show and The International Builders Conference.

Kendall Ansell | Founder & Principal Designer, Kendall Ansell Interiors
Winner of Best of Houzz 2014 and 2015, Kendall Ansell is the founder of the award winning interior design agency, Kendall Ansell Interiors, and believes in making every design project a fun, transparent and collaborative experience. Sarah Gallop is a Registered Interior Designer and principal of SGDI, a full service Interior Design firm specializing in residential interiors. Dean Mitchell | President & Part Owner, Canadian Renovations
After 10 years in the luxury yacht building industry, Dean Mitchell earned a Red Seal certification in Joinery bench work and was rewarded with the Master Craftsperson Award from a large yacht manufacturer. Today, Dean is the president and part owner of a thriving design build renovation company, Canadian Renovations. He excels at designing and building additions, multi-room projects and whole house renovations.

Markella Mildenberger | Owner & Designer, The Red Palette
Known for her out of the box approach to design, Markella Mildenberger is owner of The Red Palette, a boutique sized wallpaper and textile company in Vancouver. For over three years, Markella has been designing bold art-turned wallpaper, which can be seen throughout Vancouver and across the globe. All of the designs in The Red Palette library are created from her original artwork featuring unique colours, textures and imagery.
