“The lliad is a Yaletown anomaly – not only because its six concrete and glass stories are guarded by gargoyles, but also because its suites range from 900 -2800 square feet. They were sold by word of mouth, not a hyper themed marketing campaign …. Schouw’s proposal for the Palladium is a highly stylized building that will stand out among Yaletown’s  mix of deco-esque and modern towers …” I sometimes meet people taking pictures of the lliad. They say it’s their favorite building in Vancouver,” beams Schouw …”
