The Creek is a 5 residential tower and public park development located on the northeast corner of Quebec Street and East 1st Avenue in South East False Creek. Rafii Architects Inc. worked on the rezoning application for the overall project with collaboration from Vancouver architect Richard Henry. Tesoro by Concert Properties is Phase III and makes the final building for this project.
Building 1 is a 15 level, Non-Market Housing tower owned by The City of Vancouver and was designed by DYS Architecture. Building 2 (Voda At The Creek, Phase I) is a 15 level Market Housing tower designed by Rafii Architects with collaboration from Richard Henry. Voda At The Creek Presales sold out in 2015. Completion of Voda At The Creek was in February 2018. Buildings 3 & 4 (Navio At The Creek, Phase II) are 14 and 12 level Market Housing towers designed by Rafii Architects with collaboration from Richard Henry. Navio At The Creek Presales sold out in 2016. Completion of Navio At The Creek is in June, July 2018.
Building 5, Tesoro by Concert Properties (Phase III) was rezoned as an 18 level (18th level being the mechanical room) Market Housing tower at the very north of the site and is designed by ZGF Cotter Architects. The Creek also includes a public park to the west of the towers that spans from 1st Avenue to the Seawall along Ontario Street.
Concert Properties proposal for Tesoro by Concert Properties (The Creek, Building Five) includes the following:
