Grosvenor is pleased to submit a formal rezoning application to the City of Vancouver for Grosvenor Pacific for the property located at 1380-1382 Hornby Street.

The submission seeks to rezone the site from the existing CD-1 (435) and DD zoning to accommodate a residential building of 375 feet in height and containing approximately 212 units with underground parking. These residential units will be comprised of a variety of housing types including ground-oriented townhouses as well as one bedroom, two bedroomand three bedroom units.

In addition, Grosvenor will restore and incorporate Leslie House, the existing Heritage “A” building onsite,into the overall development scheme. It is proposed that Leslie House be relocated from its present location mid-block on Hornby Street to the corner of Pacific Street and the lane. To ensure this important heritage asset is prominent along Pacific Street, theresidential tower will be set back from Leslie House. The public realm for the project has also been designed to celebrate and incorporate Leslie House.

As part of the overall rezone of the site, Grosvenor is prepared to provide a significant community benefit package to the City of Vancouver.
